Just caught the last half of the Royals "30 in 30" special on the new MLB Network and had a couple of favorite moments to point out:
- Mitch Williams predicting the team to finish above five hundred and in last place
- The host guy asking if they could finally get out of the cellar this year and showing the standings where they weren't in the cellar LAST YEAR.
- A graphic at the end of the show touting which fashion label the "womenswear" was provided by. I'll assume it was referencing the field reporter lady, but I think it would be funny if MLB Network was embracing a cross-dressing trend bubbling up among the commentator crowd.

Sports - All Time Royals Teams
I've missed the chance to talk about the signing of Juan Cruz in any newsworthy way, so I'll pass along this instead.
A great post at Sully Baseball about the all-time home grown team of the Royals versus the all-time acquired team. Brings up some great memories of players past, and he hits upon something that has bothered me for a few years...
The mock anger Boston fans had with Johnny Damon for joining the Yankees. See the remarks below.
